DRESDEN-concept Genome Center

The DRESDEN-concept Genome Center (DcGC) is a technology platform that provides state-of-the-art infrastructure and expertise in the field of genome research. This comprises a wide range of classical and more complex Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) applications including their bioinformatic analyses as well as spatially resolved genome analyses in tissue sections. The DcGC is one of four funded NGS competence centers in Germany. Originally initiated by TU Dresden and the MPI-CBG, the DcGC is now supported by further DDc institutions such as the University Hospital.
