Biopolis Dresden Imaging Platform

The Biopolis Dresden Imaging Platform (BioDIP) is a community of core light- and electron microscopy facilities on the Biopolis campus.
It provides access to state-of-the-art imaging technologies and is used by scientists across Dresden. Currently more than 65 imaging systems are available to all researchers within eight BioDIP facilities belonging to five research institutions.

The central goal is facilitating research by providing advanced imaging equipment
and services as well as technical and scientific user support throughout entire research projects. Accordingly, the BioDIP is the central unit for imaging technologies within Biopolis Dresden and they intend to join the  EUROBioImaging network.
