It offers researches access to cutting-edge imaging technologies across institutions and consists of more than 20 scientists and technicians from various domains who support users in their projects.
- Light microscopy
- Electron microscopy
- Bio-image analysis
- Automated microscopy
- Special microscopy
The central goal is facilitating research by providing advanced imaging equipment
and services as well as technical and scientific user support throughout entire research projects. Accordingly, the BioDIP is the central unit for imaging technologies within Biopolis Dresden and they intend to join the EUROBioImaging network.
