We are happy to receive offers for all types of housing – whether it’s a dormitory room or an apartment. To share your offer efficiently with interested researchers, we kindly ask you to provide the following information to us (welcome(at)dresden-concept.de):

Monthly rent (please specify whether utilities are included or not)

Please note:
We are not a rental agency and do not act as intermediaries or contractual partners. Our role is to collect housing offers and pass them on to international researchers, who are working in research institutions of Dresden. We will be happy to support the communication between you and the potential tenant.
- We are happy to assist with initial communication in English, if needed.
- We do not accompany apartment viewings.
- We do not take any legal or organizational responsibility for the rental process.
After the accommodation is rented, please give us a short update.
