MSCA-PF Call 2021 – Masterclass for your future PostDoc fellow at TU Dresden (08th – 10th June 2021)

The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships (MSCA-PF) of Horizon Europe offer great opportunities for excellent and highly-talented researchers by working on research projects of their own design in an international surrounding. The resulting two-way transfer of knowledge and also the attractive MSCA financing package are advantages for both, fellow
and the supervisor at TU Dresden.

The 2021 MSCA-PF call is expected to open on 15th April and to close on 15th September.

Therefore the European Project Center of TU Dresden (TUD) is inviting supervisors and their future fellow to the Virtual MSCA Masterclass 2021 addressing the MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship Call 2021 from 08th – 10th June 2021.

The three-day intensive training course is for international post-doctoral researchers who wish to apply for the MSCA-PF Call 2021 and select the TU Dresden as their host institution. The online sessions will be in English.

Researchers can be from any discipline and from anywhere in the world. Potential applicants have to be in possession of a doctoral degree – but limit research experience (with possible exceptions) to 8 years‘ postdoc. Moreover, researchers must not have resided in Germany for more than 12 months in the last 3 years.

On the basis of TUD`s Internationalization Strategy, the workshop aims to enhance the success of the MSCA-proposals to recruit the best and most promising researchers and to pursue a career as excellent researchers at TUD.

The Masterclass 2021 offers researchers the opportunity to gain more information about the MSCA-PF call 2021. Participants will meet experts and experienced MSCA grantees providing specific advice and useful tipps & tricks on how to best draft their project proposals – intensive „hands-on-sessions“ included. Moreover, participants will have the possibility to meet their potential supervisors at the TUD and to get to know the scientific location. In order to apply for the MSCA Masterclass 2021, potential applicants have to send the completed project template
