Intercultural Communication Workshop
This workshop introduces international researchers and their buddies to key aspects of intercultural communication. Through short inputs and interactive exercises, participants reflect on cultural differences, typical buddy situations, and effective communication strategies. Buddies strengthen their role as cultural bridges, while international participants gain support in navigating academic and everyday life in Germany—fostering open, respectful, and trust-based collaboration.
About the trainer: Jyotika Dalal
The workshop will be led by an experienced intercultural trainer, coach and mediator with over 20 years of international experience in Germany, Mexico and India, who has been supporting universities and organisations with tailored intercultural training programmes since 2010.
This measure is co-financed with tax funds based on the budget approved by the Saxon State Parliament.
