A Trip to Pulsnitz and a Visit to the Gingerbread Museum

To get into a christmasy mood we decided to take our researchers to the small city of Pulsnitz, which is very famous for their gingerbread.
Not only did we get to know a lot about the history and process of making gingerbread. We also got the opportunity to bake and decorate it ourselves.
It was an amazing experience and great fun! And to put the cherry on the cake we also had the first snow of this season.
